Dr. Tindall offers "The Practical Application of Accounting Ethics" seminar for your company or group at the location of your choice. "The Practical Application of Accounting Ethics" is approved by the Florida Board of Accountancy as fulfillment of the ethics continuing professional education requirement. Laura is offering private consultation on business valuation reports. She is extending her consultation services to include critique on practitioners reports, as well as tutorial on business valuations from beginning to end. Dr. Tindall has been preparing business valuations since the early 1980's, she is abreast of all current standards put forth by the American Institute Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Dr. Tindall is available to teach business valuation classes to small groups at your location. Laura has written and copyrighted courses in business valuation for an accredited university, the syllabus can be modified to meet your group or individual needs.
